The name "12" is said to refer to Barrel No. 12, which was considered to have produced the finest, most aromatic distillate in the early days of the brand. Crafted through the distillation of alcohol with star anise, fennel, and a selection of Mediterranean herbs and seeds, Ouzo 12 reflects traditional Greek spirit-making methods.
