Produced in Jalisco, Mexico, this tequila is made from 100 percent blue Weber agave and represents a modern interpretation of a premium blanco style. The agave is harvested at maturity, slow-cooked in ovens, and then processed using a combination of traditional tahona stone crushing and more modern roller mills. This dual extraction method allows both deeper, fibrous agave character and cleaner juice to be incorporated into the final spirit.
Fermentation takes place in small batches before distillation, typically in pot stills, resulting in a spirit that retains more flavour compounds than purely industrial column-distilled tequilas. As a silver (blanco) tequila, it is bottled without aging, preserving the raw expression of agave along with subtle citrus and spice notes developed during production. The absence of oak places full emphasis on the quality of the agave and the precision of the distillation process. Compared to more rustic blancos, the profile is notably polished, with a focus on smoothness and clarity rather than intensity or earthiness. The balance between sweetness, citrus, and pepper makes it adaptable across a wide range of serves.
