Crafted from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, the wine spends around two years ageing on its lees before disgorgement, developing layers of toasted brioche, fresh citrus and crisp orchard fruit. The Pinot Noir provides structure and richness, while the Chardonnay contributes freshness, finesse and lively acidity, resulting in a beautifully balanced sparkling wine.
