Rhuby Rhubarb Liqueur is inspired by drinks industry veteran Ylva Binder's childhood memories of biting into rhubarb dipped in sugar at her grandparents' house. Binder combined those fond memories of the bittersweet taste with her distilling expertise to create this beautiful rhubarb liqueur. Only locally-grown rhubarb is used in the creation of Rhuby. First it is frozen, so that more flavours are released into the juice before it is extracted. the juice is then blended with highest quality Swedish wheat vodka, natural spring water from the Storskogens Kalla nature reserve, sugar and a small amount of vanilla. This blend is left to marry for 24 hours before bottling. Rhuby can be a delicious treat on it's own, or try it mixed with your favourite bubbly or even in place of triple sec in a Margarita.
