Rutte Celery Gin is a dry gin with a savoury touch. The addition of celery gives it a little freshness, without dominating. Made using 6 botanicals including juniper, celery leaves, coriander, angelica, orange peel and cardamom. On the palate, there are light notes of mint, parsley and celery. It's spicy and fresh with a little hint of aniseed.
