Scapegrace Golds Gin is a premium expression of Scapegrace, the small batch artisan dry gin from New Zealand's Rogue Society Distilling Co. Gold Gin is bottled at a Navy Strength 57% ABV to create a greater intensity of flavour. In addition to Scapegrace's traditional twelve botanicals (juniper, cardamom, coriander, angelica, liquorice and orris roots, lemon and orange peels, cassia bark, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg) additional tangerine peels are added to the Gold expression to give it a touch of extra citrus sweetness. All the botanicals compliment each other to create a fresh, smooth and exceptionally aromatic gin. Scapegrace Gold Gin is presented in a similar stylish bottle to the traditional Scapegrace, taking its design inspiration from 19th century apothecary bottles, but with the addition of a striking gold medallion bearing its name. Each bottle in a batch is uniquely numbered. |
