Sebor Absinth is the creation of Martin Sebor at the Czech Absinth Distillery. Martin Sebor was an expert on absinthe, and turned his expertise to recreating the once banned drink using traditional methods and recipes.
Sebor Absinth is distilled from mountain spring water, macerating Sebor's unique blend of absinth herbs and spices in the neutral spirit before freeze filtering to purify the absinth without altering the flavour. Sebor absinth is created to contain the highest level of wormwood legally allowed. |
