Distillation takes place in a traditional copper pot still, where 24 botanicals are processed through a combination of maceration and vapor infusion. The citrus-forward identity is driven by an intricate blend of fresh and dried peels, including bitter orange, sweet orange, lemon, and kaffir lime. These are layered with more subtle aromatic elements such as chamomile, elderflower, and local honey, which soften the sharper citrus edges without diminishing their intensity.
The distillery employs a modular distillation approach, separating heavier root botanicals from delicate floral and citrus components.
