Talisker Distillers Edition is crafted by the rugged western shores of the Isle of Syke. This richly flavoured maritime malt has a wonderful roundness and is double matured in ex-Amoroso casks that provide a luscious, fruity sweetness that perfectly complements the crisp, dry peat-smoke and familiar pepperiness of Talisker.
Try it with rich, dark chocolate.
This 2010 distillation of Talisker Distillers Edition was bottled in 2020. It's only ever made in limited quantities and usually only once per year. |
