Tarquin's Handcrafted Cornish Dry Gin is the first gin to be distilled in Cornwall for over a century. Eleven traditional gin botanicals are distilled along with fresh handpicked Devon violets grown on the farm. The distillation is done as a one-shot, meaning the entire exact blend of botanicals is used in each 300-bottle batch to produce the complete finished gin. The spirit is blended with pure and soft naturally sweet Cornish water to bring it to bottling strength. A well-balanced gin with prominent juniper flavours, but also powerful notes of pine, a warm earthiness and hints of orange blossom. Tarquin's Gin makes a great 'Quin & Tonic' served with lots of ice and a wedge of lime. Also try it with a drop of Tarqiuin's Cornish Pastis to make a Cornish Martini. |
