This is a proper old-school Scotch in a small, easy-to-try format. Made in Scotland by William Teacher & Sons, Teacher's Highland Cream has been around since the late 1800s and has built a reputation for being a bit richer and smokier than your average blend. What gives it that edge is the use of peated malt whisky from the Ardmore distillery, which adds a subtle smoky note underneath the usual sweet and malty flavours. It's not heavily smoky like Islay whiskies, but there's definitely more depth than lighter blends. Teachers Whisky miniature is ideal if you just want a quick dram or to try a slightly more characterful blended Scotch without opening a full bottle. It works well neat, over ice, or with a splash of mixer if you prefer something lighter.
