Trinity Hill Hawkes Bay Chardonnay has typical fruit characters such as grapefruit and melon are supplemented by biscuity barrel ferment characters with a light butteriness from malo-lactic fermentation. The wine is rich and round, with soft acidity and attractive sweet fruit. A portion of the juice was fermented and aged in French oak barriques, with the rest in stainless steel tanks. |
