Volare Espresso Coffee is made with an exclusive blend of Brazilian and African coffee beans, specially roasted to create this liqueur. The liqueur undergoes longer processing to ensure a finer quality. To begin, a hot infusion is made, followed by a cold infusion in alcohol, and finally the remnants of the liquid are distilled, to give an intense, persistent product. Served neat, on the rocks, as a garnish for ice cream or preparing sorbets. It tastes great cocktails and in other mixed drinks.
