Zymurgorium

Zymurgorium is the creation of Aaron Darke. A lover of home brewed concoctions throughout university, he set out to bring a range of innovative spirits, liqueurs, beers, meads and ciders to the world. Many of the ingredients used in the creation of Zymurgorium's diverse range are hand grown or hand foraged to create a completely natural product.

The unusual name is a portmanteau of the words Zymurgy (the scientific study of brewing) and Emporium.
