Bollinger La Grande Annee Rose Champagne 2012 has been created from grapes of an exceptional year. A meeting of an outstanding vintage champagne and a red wine from a single plot, the Cote aux Enfants. This cuvee is made using the carefully preserved traditional expertise of the Bollinger Champagne House, and reveals the full complexity and harmony of a great Champagne. In the glass, you see a delicate rose that comes from the Cote aux Enfants Pinot Noir. On the nose aromas of redcurrant and black fruits accompany lovely notes of citrus. You get a a great deal of delicacy on the palate. The freshness and creamy texture are prolonged by a racy finish.
