Bollinger PN AYC18 is designed to be shared by wine enthusiasts looking for different expressions of 100% Pinot Noir from Champagne. Bollinger PN AYC18 is the fourth edition of PN. It offers a further insight into Maison Bollinger’s mastery of this grape variety. With a distinct style, it showcases the nuaces of the Aÿ terroir, that constitutes the principal cru in the blend. It has been created predominantly from the 2018 base year. A champagne that's best served at between 10 and 11°C to best highlight its unique style and aromas. It's ready to enjoy immediately or if you can wait, keep it in storage for further ageing and development of further complexity.

Colour: gold with bronze reflections
Aroma: notes of honey, fruit jellies , quince and candied citrus. With later aromas of marzipan and blood orange complementing a nose filled with sweet spice and a refreshing hint of menthol.
Taste: serious yet understated and rich whilst also beautifully expansive
Finish: filled with citrus confit, which works to further accentuate the wine's freshness
