Island Affair

Pour the blue curacao, then the melon liqueur, followed by the triple sec into a highball glass. Gently add the mango and orange juice. FLOAT the coconut cream on top. The drink will have layers of colour. Alternatively, you can STIR the combination of drinks in the glass (before adding the coconut cream) to give a green/blue tinge. Garnish with a slice of star fruit.
