An exceptional cava, Roger Goulart Gran Cuvee Gran Reserva has a pale yellow colour, with light golden tones and an incredible sparkle. Delicate, interesting, complex and powerful are just some of the words to describe this special cava. It has great intensity from the ripe white stoned fruit and a wonderful complexity that comes from 5 years ageing on its lees. For the ageing process the bottles are placed in stacks, at a depth of 30 metres below ground, in Roger Goulart's large underground cellars. They begin their ageing journey by being arranged horizontally, in complete stillness and darkness, at a constant natural temperature of 14°C - 15°C. Through knowledge passed down directly from the pioneers of cava, Roger Goulart Cava's follow the traditional production method (the methode champenoise), to which long-ageing is given in bottle for a refined, perfect and elegant finish.
