Rooster Rojo is produced at the Fabrica de Tequilas Finos, located in the historic town of Tequila, the heart of Mexico’s tequila industry. The distillery combines traditional tequila-making methods with modern innovation, using 100% blue Weber agave grown in the fertile soils of the Jalisco highlands. The high-altitude environment produces agave with higher natural sugar content, resulting in tequila known for its smoothness and complexity.
From harvesting the agave plants to fermentation and distillation, each step is carefully managed to preserve the authentic flavours of the region.
