Ingredients:
25ml Courvoisier VSOP Cognac 70cl
25ml Calvados Boulard Grande Solage Pays D'Auge
5ml Lemon Juice
5ml Cointreau
100ml Laurent Perrier La Cuvee Brut NV Champagne 75cl
Fill a shaker with ice and then add all the ingredients except the Champagne. SHAKE and strain into a champagne flute. Top up with the Champagne.
